Waiting Hisense TV

I recently took out a virgin media package which came with the Hisense 50” tv as part of a 7 day promotion in July I was told I have to wait 55 days before I receive the tv and within the 55 days I will hear from exertis who would be delivering the tv. It has been over the 55 days and I have had no update just been passed back and forth from virgin to exertis and exertis are telling me they know nothing about this and virgin are now giving me the run around. Yet I have an email from virgin stating that my gift I.e the tv will be received in 55 days. I feel like I e taken out this package under a false pretense and are now being fobbed off it going to raise a complaint or possibly speak to trading standards as this is not on

    I even confirmed before ageeeing to the package that the tv is included I was told it does and when they delivered the broadband box and tv box I again asked is the tv included I was again told yes I received a “your gift is in the bag” e mail and now to be treated as if they don’t know what I’m talking about is absurd

      I’ve been speaking to someone in the forum for nearly 5 hours and I am getting nower they should not be allowed to let people sign up with misleading promotions they don’t wish to honour I’ve been sent round the houses for days now I’m giving it untill Monday then gonna escalate my complaint and also speak to trading standards it’s so wrong
