VMO2 SSO login help needed

OK what's is going on with virgin media, went on o2 app to top up my phone, now got to log in to VM02 , authentication email, going round in circles and unable to access, ending g up  ringing 4444 o2 and paying by d card, this is going back to old way,!!!

Also can't access VM account where you can see , packages , bills etc, Same thing enter e mail password, sent a email to authentic goes round in circles a d not able to access account, what's going virgin, easier to cross channel than getting in accounts

  • Virgin media when youchange things, please post idiot guide for some of us not so technical,  or makes sure it's going to work before you do, re my pre post

      Hi John having the same issue it's like the computer says no scenario why not try changes out on real people first it's bad enough needing to remember so many passwords changed the telephone password for my son who has learning disabilities as he's had a half job done broadband no TV box as recordable box couldn't be fitted engineer said be back tomorrow between 8-1pm needless to say no show so my boy has broadband no TV and the worst part is they are charging him the one off fee for the recordable box that he doesn't have I'm so angry he's a vulnerable person and when I phone virgin I then get somone I struggle to understand his account is showing as having tv and broadband but the TV 360 box is not installed I'm trying not to have a meltdown but this is seriously ridiculous.. Any advice from someone would be much appreciated
