VM price increase without notification
VM have put a price increase (double what I was paying) as I have come out of minimum term contract (18 months).
I called them to tell them I hadn't had any correspondence, explaining that I was out of minimum term and there will be a price increase.
The advisor said that it was my fault, and that I should have contacted VM, not the other way round. So I've decided to cancel my VM.
I have been charged £64.18 and I'm 2 weeks into this month, and I still have another 2 weeks inside this payment. The advisor told me that I had a 30 day cancellation period, I have read my contract and there is no such thing. I've already paid for this month, although have 2 weeks left.
This Is harassment, lies and scare tactics to get you to stay with them.
I'll be taking this to trading standards or an ombudsman
