Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of this dispute. We do tell every customer multiple times of their contract end date. The first is on the pre-contract documents that you agree too before proceeding with the order. The 2nd is the actual contract itself, as it has on it the discount period/end date and also what the end of contract price. The third one would be every monthly bill has your discount and end period on it. Lastly, we do send normally via email, an End of Contract notification, notifying you of your end of contract/pricing and to get in touch with us. This is sent 30 or more days before the end of the contract period.
