VM CONNECT

I've tried going on my app this morning but doesn't go onto the app as usual. It asks for an email to verify its me. Put my email in, get email to verify go back to the VM connect app (which I'd left open) and I'm back to asking for my email again. Please help

    Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing with your online account. A couple of months ago we launched our Single Sign On (SSO) to our customers where they were required to re-register for an online account and link any additional accounts such as O2, have you been able to do this? 

    Please let us know and try to sign in again once completed. 

  • All sorted now. I had to use two devices because leaving one screen kept knocking me back to the login screen
