VM connect app and WiFi pods :(
Hi Any one help?
We had an engineer out 2 days ago to replace the existing router “hub3” with…. Another Hub3. Well, since the change my VM connect app won’t find the new Hub and the WiFi pods won’t connect to the new Router so now I’ve got all the same black spots around my home I had over 12 months ago when I originally started complaining about my WiFi issues, this is not to mention the bandwidth problems I’ve encountered with the Hub3 I was kinda hoping for a more modern Hub, maybe it’s time to switch to lightspeed 🙈(something I never thought I wanted to say).
anyone out there know a fix around for the app and the WiFi pod connection problems? I’ve done all the reset buttons app deletes, app data deletes and still nothing.
