VM changed my Netflix to Netflix with Ads without permission

Same issue here, Netflix Std changed to Netflix Std + ads when I received my contract despite the offer stating the new package would be the same.  This was thru an online offer to my account as my contract was ending.  To me this was a downgrade of service.  I’ve raised a complaint so hopefully this can be amicably resolved, I kept all the screenshots just in case.
