So many other post for the same issue, tried to message a mod but was told unsolicited message and have to open a thread. So here it is.
All worked well last week, no it won't let me log in Priority and gives an error when linking accounts. Have been with Virgin for 10 years, so not new customer
doesn't work for me... maybe because I am existing customer ?

Sorry to hear of the issues experienced with the Virgin Media O2 ID.
Can you please confirm if you've been able to register for the My Virgin Media self-care account with the newly created details?
Alternatively, is this simply just an issue with O2 Priority when using these details?
