Virginmedia/O2 Sign in issues

Having issues logging into this new fangled joint login system. Get so far but the verification email never arrives. Tried creating new account with differant email and linking vm / o2 accounts to that but still have same problem as it needs to verify im who i say i am by send link to existing email, said link never arrives. Its a vicious circle. Tried clearing cache checking junk folders but no joy. HELP.

    Hi I am also having issues with this new system, I have setup my Virgin O2 ID account, but when it comes to linking my Virgin Media account it says it does not exist, I tried it twice and now it says I only have 2 attempts left!! I have literally entered to account number and area and surname exactly as listed from my latest bill, please help
