VirginMedia-O2 ID not sent?

Email link doesn't work either, how are we supposed to get the ID?

    No, the link takes me to a page which describes what happens if I get the email. I didn't receive the email is my issue.

      Thanks for coming back to us on this. If you've not received the email inviting you to link the IDs then this may be why you're having issues. You'll be invited to link the ID's in due course and you'll just need to follow the steps in the email you receive.
