Virgin TVGo .....................reset of Device Management Counter
I have the same problem as I had 8 months ago.........which you kindly fixed !
same device registered too many times ......using Firefox browser
( I now believe that Firefox Updates are confusing your Device Management into tracking the update as a "different browser")
TVGO app is working fine on my Motorola G54 phone and Samsung Tablet SM-T220
Computers with Firefox were working fine yesterday and I have not deleted Cookies or cleared the Cache.
Please can you send me instructions on how to resolve this situation
