Virgin Tv Offer

When I placed an order a Virgin TV & Broadband package, the offer included either a free TV or credit off the bill.

Since having the services installed, I’ve not received any information about the free TV. I asked the installers at the time, but they were unable to help and advised me to contact you directly.

Could someone please assist with this.

  • Dear Sir/Madam,

    We are in the process of switching providers to Virgin, and after reviewing the current offers online, we decided to proceed and began the sign-up process.

    However, we encountered several errors during this and have now received multiple orders and contract summaries and would like someone to confirm and cancel any duplicate orders made in error that may have been created.

    If you need the specific numbers, please let me know.
