Virgin trying it on with router charge
Virgin have sent me an email threatening to charge me for not sending my router back.
I’ve got a receipt and I’m ready for a fight.
But looking at the number of complaints on the forum it seems like Virgin just try a few charges and see how many people will just pay up.
My advice to anyone thinking of leaving Virgin:
- Stay strong. Your nightmare will eventually end and you’ll be Virgin free.
- Keep the receipts from equipment return, even after you had emails saying that items have been returned.
- Don’t bother with the outsource drones on WhatsApp - complain publicly on the forum.
