Virgin media Netflix accont added without my authorisation repeatedly

Someone keeps hacking into my Virgin media and setting up premium Netflix in a different language which is password protected , VM Customer service promise its resolved and then it happens a few months later.

 

Have changed my account password  it has not fixed the issue.

  • Same here.  Virgin has been hacked, and they won't admit they are at fault.  They tried to blame me for it, but I have detailed knowledge back from Netflix about the exact time the account was created, and can prove it was impossible for it to have been me.  Virgin are liars and will try to make you pay for it.  Report them to Action Fraud and Ofcom.
