Virgin Media incorrectly disconnected my services, haven't been reconnected in almost 2 weeks
Received a random email saying my services were discontinued which I didn't request. I repeatedly called to ask why but customer service didn't know but assured it would be reconnected within 24 hours. It wasn't reconnected so I called again multiple times, basically everyday and they kept saying the same script everytime.
Turns out someone else got virgin media services on the same address as mine as I live in one of the flats, which is why virgin media disconnected my services. But they have still failed to reconnect my services after assuring it would be done within 24-48 hours. I've filed complaints, they've filed duplicate account forms, incorrect moving forms and what not. It's been almost 2 weeks with the same repeating script that it'll be reconnected in 24 to 48 hours. I really am having a hard time but no internet, I can't do my work or university tasks and I can't get out of the house or use library.
