Virgin Media have changed my contract without my permission
Someone has changed my contract, stuck loads of extras on to it and put my bill up and took £116 from my bank without any contact from me. I've been on the line with them for hours so far going over the same thing, they said i contacted them on the 17th Feb, every time i tell them i have not and i want proof of this conversation they put me through to someone else.
This is totally criminal what they are doing, changing contracts without permission, lying to your face saying 'I contacted them. Also I cannot get on my Virgin account says it does not recognise my password then tells me I,ve tried to many times . I am now going to report the fraud to the police, this cannot be right. How are Virgin getting away with it. Luckily my bank refunded me the money back but ths is going to happen again next month and then Virgin will put me in arrears.
