Virgin Media has been removed as your payment method for Netflix; Netflix started charging me

I've just moved house and I made no changes to my package and Netflix standard was included in my contract for 18 months. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this sorted out please?.

      I've made contact twice via WhatsApp and twice via phone but still not sorted. I see on another forum on here that all I need is another activation email generated. Can you help me get this sorted please?
