Have you held onto the receipts from the O2 shop? It can take some time for VM's internal departments to talk to each other about goods returns.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your equipment return, it can often take up to 10 days from when we recieve the equipment back for the systems to be updated but as this was done on the 11th, this should be back with us now.
