Virgin media app

I am having problems signing into the app it won't go past the sign in page. It only started after I linked my virgin media account. I have cleared the memory and reinstalled the app

      hi I just see the sign in screen when is select sign in it just loops back to the same page. Dosent prompt for username or password. 

      also when I try and log in on my pc i get the attached

      hi it goes to the sing in page loops back to the  page.

      this only happened after I was asked to I linked my account to a 02 account which I don't have

      Is that happening on multiple web browsers? And devices?

  • For browse I have used Chrome, Edge and firefox. I am using the app on a Samsung Galexey s22 ultra.

    It looks like when I updated the security info something went wrong

      You mentioned earlier it happens on browser and app, have you tried this via a browser on a laptop or PC to see fi you get the same issue?

        Yes tried both PC and laptop. I think it must be an issue with the security update
