Virgin media app

So let me start by saying I am a new customer.

During the past 3 weeks I have called virgin media support a total of 5 times to get my virgin media app working.

The first time after about 2 hrs on the phone going back and forth trying to registering my app the raised a ticket and stated they would get back to me with in 24 to 48 hours but did not.

The second time I called them I explained that someone should have got back to me in the time but the told me I should have been told 5 days which was the following day and was put through to tech support and they told me another ticket would be raised and the promised to get back to me with in 48 hours which they did not.

The third time I called them and was put through to there manager who promised to call me back within 24 hours and raised another ticket and get back to me with in 24 hrs and guess what no phone calls.

The forth time I asked to be put through to there complaint department and the raised yet another ticket and then I started getting angry and frustrated and the promised me again to get back to me with in 24 hrs and again nothing .

The 5 time was yesterday 07.05.2025 this time they told me it was there server that was down and would have to get back to me I then spoken to the manager the complaints department tech support and they promised again to call me back within 24 hours hopefully with a fix but again they didn't call me back so now I am back at work tomorrow so I will have to call them back on my next day's off  and which point there are 2 options 1 to cancel my subscription or 2 it will it be sorted but we will see
