Virgin app and contracts
Hi,
is anyone available to help? Trying to get access to my virgin app. It is not allowing me to link my virgin media account and virgin O2 ID. It says my email is not correct even though I have only used one email. I set my broadband up around the 17th of July and did not receive a welcome email or letter. I also never got a copy or access to my contracts so I dont have access to my area code and on top of this I am yet to be billed. Any help?
