Virgin account link
I can’t seem to link my virgin account to my o2 account. I only have a credit agreement number and not sure what my area code is. I don’t have any emails with my bills or any with my contract with the information I need.

Can you expand on what the 'credit agreement' is for? Are you referring to the account number or a mobile agreement? Help on linking accounts can be found here or if it is only the area code required, let us know the city or town you live in and we can get it for you 😊
