Virgin 360

I have just ordered Virgin 360 but when doing so it didn't make it obvious that I would loose all my recordings and saved recordings. I do not want this yo jappen and as I am not that fussed about having 360, I wish to cancel my order. Can someone please do this for me or advise me what I need to do to get 360 cancelled.
