Verification Email not received
Hello,
I realise there are issues regarding subject but i am creating a new post as advised.
I have been with virgin for 15 years and never had issues logging in to My Virgin Media until this collaboration with 02. I need to be able to access my account to check my contract and pay my bills.
I enter my email address and all i get is "We’ve sent you an email with a link".
This email never arrives in any folder including spam/junk.
It was working fine before. Can someone please get this sorted.
