Verification Email not received

Hello,

I realise there are issues regarding subject but i am creating a new post as advised.

I have been with virgin for 15 years and never had issues logging in to My Virgin Media until this collaboration with 02.  I need to be able to access my account to check my contract and pay my bills.

I enter my email address and all i get is "We’ve sent you an email with a link".

This email never arrives in any folder including spam/junk.

It was working fine before.  Can someone please get this sorted.

  • What new account? I have the same account as when i started with virgin.

    Had no issues until a few months ago.

      Generally to access your account now, you have to create a VMO2 ID as seen here and then link your O2 and VM accounts. Your VMO2 ID acts as a master key for your VMO2 products and platforms. To best help, we are sending you a private message. Please keep an eye out for an envelope at the top right corner of your Forum page. Let me know if you have any issues locating this.

    Have you tried to set this up again as with the new account you need to reset this up?

    So re sign up and it should work, any issues let us know and we will look into.
