uSwitch sign up credit

Hi, 

I signed up to virgin through uSwitch and chose this plan in part because of the £100 sign up credit bonus. 

I have received the contract, quick start kit and set up my WiFi/stream box and there has been no mention of the sign up credit. 

Please can someone contact me to confirm that this credit will be applied to my account?

    Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.

    If you have signed up with uswitch, you would need to get in touch with uswitch to have this looked into as they are responsible for fulfilling the offer.

  • When you signed up, did you notice a "promotion credit" on your VM order screen?

  • Did you ever get anywhere with this? Experienced a similar problem.

  • Hi I have had a similar issue. Saw the uswitch offer and was about to sign up with virgin rep turned up at door. So I mentioned this and he said he would do exactly the same offer through him. Signed up, spoke to him several times to confirm the deal and he confirmed all approved. Now virgin say there is no credit going to my account- so not impressed at all as virgin just washing hands of the issue.
