Used the wrong email address by accident

Hi, I recently booked my internet installation for my new flat that I will be moving into soon but the problem is I entered the wrong email by missing out 1 digit and now I can’t access my account. 

How do I fix this? I tried the online chat but got told that I would need to wait 3 days and then I would be able to access my account but I don’t understand how because I can’t access the emails to create my account!

    Maybe you can register this Email if available?

    so how does VM do things now for new installation do you give them your Email when you sign up?

      It asks for the email then you book what day you want the internet installed, said it will send my contract to my email address but it’s the wrong email and now I have no way of accessing it.

      What is a little strange to me is it doesn’t create an actual account like I didn’t set a password or anything.

        So VM before the order happens did not do a confirmation to verify you put in your Email correctly? or maybe they did and the wrong Email someone have verified for you? in which case the system is badly done and how it could be done is you are at the web site to order you put in your Email the session makes a code that is sent to the Email you then enter the code when you get the Email. This one no one can verify you on ordering by wrong Email because some else with that wrong Email will have the code but not the web site session your on to make the order happen. 

        so if the wrong Email was like

        mailto:myEmail123@gmail.com

        but your real is

        mailto:myEmail1234@gmail.com

        try registering the wrong Email at gmail.com
