Upgrading Netflix Standard to Premium issues.

I have just gad a new virgin box installed and had to log back into Netflix. As soon as I did this and followed the instructions to keep my current premium package and change nothing I was changed to the Standard netflix included in my Package losing me the premium I had just paid £18.99 for 5 days prior.

I then tried to upgrade to premium for an extra £13 and it keeps rejecting me 5 mins after I upgrade with the following email.

Plan Change Issue
Hi Douglas,
Unfortunately, Virgin Media didn’t approve your plan change because they need you to contact them to get your plan change approved.

We've moved you back to your previous plan for the moment, but please contact Virgin Media.

Bla bla bla. I am totally fed up with Virgin after my recent issues involving new cables being installed and 3 enginerrs in just over a week.

I feel like I am being ripped off and not recieving the service that I am asking for and paying for and would like this escalated further.

    Hi dthorb75,

    Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear there's been some issues upgrading your Netflix account. 

    Have you been able to call us to get this sorted/ find out what the issue is?
