Upgrading Netflix Standard to Premium issues.
I have just gad a new virgin box installed and had to log back into Netflix. As soon as I did this and followed the instructions to keep my current premium package and change nothing I was changed to the Standard netflix included in my Package losing me the premium I had just paid £18.99 for 5 days prior.
I then tried to upgrade to premium for an extra £13 and it keeps rejecting me 5 mins after I upgrade with the following email.

| Unfortunately, Virgin Media didn’t approve your plan change because they need you to contact them to get your plan change approved. |
We've moved you back to your previous plan for the moment, but please contact Virgin Media. Bla bla bla. I am totally fed up with Virgin after my recent issues involving new cables being installed and 3 enginerrs in just over a week. I feel like I am being ripped off and not recieving the service that I am asking for and paying for and would like this escalated further. Thanks Douglas.
