Sorry to hear these concerns about a package change taken out via My VM, and that you are looking for confirmation of your current contract terms.
When a change is made to your services or a new fixed term contract agreement is taken out, you would receive confirmation of this in the form of new contract documents. (These are usually sent to you via email and/or text message.)
You should also be able to view the current active contract information - including start and end dates, in your package /contract information. 👉 virg.in/myVM - Head to the home page and the 'View contract' button on the right hand side of 'Your latest bill'.
I can also send you a PM to confirm a few account details and help check your current contract and services information from our side. If you can please keep an eye on your Inbox 📩 in the top right corner of the page.
