Upgraded - tech took old Hub charge
I upgraded my account and they sent me a new router, an engineer came out to install it because I was having difficulties and he took our old router but now I’ve had an email saying f I don’t send the router back they are going to charge me £65 . I’ve tried contacting virgin but no joy , never again
