upgrade online v my whats app agent

Hi All,

so I can get faster broadband maxit tv with TNT sports according to online upgrade but by agent I can't do it and need to pay as an add on. Agent very helpful and was patient with me but still couldn't offer me that deal. The reason I wanted to go via agent was I wanted a 360 box instead of my old one which isn't an option on line ( annoyingly) as wife has disney free option with other offer. Why can't the same be offered, I understand each is what you get at the time, and agents offer is cheaper than doing them as per standard cost but it drives you to looking elsewhere which is what misses wants to do
