unused email stops me from linking accounts

Hi, I've searched the discussions but I can't find a solution to my problem. I'm trying to link my accounts so I can access my services but after going through the process the email address that was originally used for Virgin media is now no longer in use and I can't access it so a link to verify can't be sent to it.

 

Hope you can help because it's important that I can see and edit my services.

    As this is a Community Forum, and not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.
