Unsecured Cable box cover and exposed cables

Hi there, I have telephoned Virgin cable care line and logged a concern regarding an external unsecured cable box that has only been fitted with 1 screw, so the cable box rattles even slight bit of wind and has old and new cables exposed. Not sure how hazardous it is because we have young children that play outside and also concerned the issue could worsen if not secured properly!. Issue in in SL3 0LG Colnbrook area. Can attach photos if im able to attach. Resorted to here as was advised of the lengthy process it can take to investigate
