Unresolved app issue
I recently posted on the community forum regarding an issue I have following my house move ,I can no longer access the VM Connect App as I cannot locate any log in details .I recived an email from someone who asked me for some information which i managed to supply ,I was then asked about email addresses associated with my account, I had to list 3 as I do not know which is the correct one ,only to be told that I have to pick one.
The emails have been received and responded to over the course of a week , which is roughly one a day ,I am not happy with the speed this is being dealt with or the lack of understanding or empathy from person who is sending the emails .
I am caught in a recurring loop and getting nowhere slowly.
Please help
