Unresolved app issue

I recently posted on the community forum regarding an issue I have following my house move ,I can no longer access the VM Connect App as I cannot locate any log in details .I recived an email from someone who asked me for some information which i managed to supply ,I was then asked about email addresses associated with my account, I had to list 3 as I do not know which is the correct one ,only to be told that I have to pick one.

The emails have been received and responded to over the course of a week , which is roughly one a day ,I am not happy with the speed this is being dealt with or the lack of understanding or empathy from person who is sending the emails .

I am caught in a recurring loop and getting nowhere slowly.

    Can anyone help , I have recently moved house and all of my equipment installed in the new property , however when i try and activate my VM Connect App I just keep going around in an endless circle trying to  verify my details and then I end up locked out .I have 3 email addresses but I do not have any idea which is registered as my VM I.D so I cannot use the app.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

      I cannot access my VM Connect App as I do not know any log in details(email addresses/Passwords etc),they have all got lost ....Help

        Sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues with the Connect App. I'd love to assist further.

        You need to sign in with a Virgin Media account and log in using your My Virgin Media details.

        If you do not recall any of your details, I will pop you a PM so we can take a closer look into this.

      If you click on the forgotten email address link on the sign in page and enter the requested details you should be able to find it.

        That isn't working , it seems the email address i used is one I can no longer access, I have now been locked out for the 4th day running

      I want to use the APP as it gives me an overall view of the house and any possible blind spots

    Did you reply to Ayisha_B in your previous thread about this issue?  If you create multiple threads it become hard to keep track of things.

      Merged both threads together and created new thread in Managing your account board as OP still needs My Virgin Media details linking with correct email address following home move.

      Yes I did and we're still no nearer a resolution over a week later
