Unable to update phone number for marketing preferences
I have tried to update the contact number for marketing preferences in My Virgin Media. It has an old phone number. I’m waiting for a call from outbound retentions so it’s important that the number is right. My latest mobile number is on the account. Could anyone help please and make sure I’m opted into marketing and that my latest mobile number is the contact number thanks. I don’t know what option to use on the phone.
