Unable to sign in to my account.

After entering my email address and clicking next I get the page saying we've sent you an email with a link. I open the mail and click on verify it's me, the next page opens saying your email has been verified and to return to the page you started your journey on. When I return to the page it's back on the enter your email section and the whole signing in process starts again, I'm just going round in a circle. Anyone know where it's going wrong ? It's a simple process to follow so I'm don't think I'm doing anything wrong.

    That's done the trick thank you for your support.

    Just one thing. When I click on the mail link I get a 404 error. I've never used the mail so it's not a problem for me but I'm going to sort out my neighbour who has the same signing in problem. Hopefully his email will work.

      Have you not got a Virgin Media email at all? If not, don't worry. 

      If your neighbour has any issues, try the same solution but if that doesn't work, can you get them to post on our Forums? We can assist them also :).

  • All sorted, my elderly neighbour is over the moon. He's been on the phone multiple times and not been able to get this fixed.
