unable to sign in or link account

I originally signed up for VM 2 months ago, the account was set up at the wrong address so to fix this, rather than change the address, the account was cancelled and a new one set up. However,  I cannot sign into the new account. I keep being sent to the original account which is no longer active. Further, my VM account won't link. I'm unable to sign into any app or site to do with VM as it sends me to the original account.

  • I signed up for broadband last Friday, but when I received the confirmation email, it was for the wrong address, long story short, the subscription had to be cancelled and a new one started. However, my email address is linked to the original subscription and now I can't access my new one as they were both on the same email address. When I try to log in it automatically sends me to the wrong account number. 

  • Almost the same issue.

      Hey LenaB, thank you for reaching out and  we are sorry to hear about your account issue.

      Please remember you need to be active and installed to make an online account, so for example if you are still waiting to become active on your new account you need to wait till you are installed and active until you can access online services.
