Unable to Reset Password
Tried to log in to my account to manage some broadband settings, only to find my password is apparently incorrect? I haven't logged in for a while, but there's no reason it should have changed - regardless, tried to reset my password and never received any reset emails even after many attempts. Tried the phone support line but wasn't able to reach anyone that could help me no matter what route I took through the options. What am I supposed to do to regain access to my account?? Has anyone else had similar difficulties and found a solution?? Would love Virgin tech support to reach out or maybe another user that has overcome something similar! Thanks
