Unable to reset my VM02 Password

Hi.

I don't know what my account password is to login so have been using the other method of an emailed link. However I now need to reset my password so I can log onto a device that can't get these emails.

Once I'm in my account and go to the security tab and click on password to reset it I get taken to the login screen and asked for my password! This seems beyond daft as I'm already logged in and authenticated and want to change the password because I don't know what it is! Also why is there not a reset your password route outside of being logged in?
