Unable to renew/upgrade via website

Hello. My current package is due to expire in a few months and I've had several emails and text messages recently, advising me I can upgrade to the M250 Fibre Broadband package for just £4.00 extra a month. I am all ready to renew on such an excellent deal - However, whenever I try and manage or renew my package, I get an "Oops! Looks like something's gone wrong. We couldn't find the page you're looking for." error.

I've contacted Live chat, who have been unhelpful and are offering me the same deal for about £10-30 more than what the emails/text messages are offering. My account page is even offering this offer too (pictured)

Who do I need to speak to, to get the website fixed and to be able to actually sign up to the offers I am being sent?

    I wouldn't hold your breath. This sounds like the very common VM offer that is designed to get you interested but is no longer available when you follow it up. 

    It's called "bait and switch".

      I think you're probably right. I still have a couple of months until the end of my current deal; given that the website is broken, I can't even see what packages are available, and no-one at Virgin seems to be able to help, I'll more than likely be taking my business elsewhere.

        Sorry to hear that you've not been able to access an email deal that has been sent. 

        Do you get the same error when opening the link for the deal on another website or device? 

        When did you last receive this communication? Does it mention anything about when the deal might expire on the email at all?
