Unable to register for Virgin Media account
New Virgin Media broadband customer but am unable to register.
Using the link in the E-mail that came with the contract attached, I was asked for my "last name", "account number" and "area reference". Having filled these in I get taken to "Confirm your email address" page. My E-mail address is correctly displayed, but underneath it says "X Please check your email address" and the "Confirm" button is disabled.
Can anyone help?
I can confirm that I am now registered. Thanks to everyone for their help.
Once registered I was able to reset my E-mail back to the correct address.
