Unable to Register as New Account

So, I get my welcome email, tells me to register. I register. Then asks me to link VMO2 account with VM. I fill in the details, enter the email address I signed up with and where VM emailed welcome email and invoice and then I get a screen saying the below;

However, this account is linked to an email address that’s different to the one on your Virgin Media O2 ID.

If you’d like to continue and link your Virgin Media account to your Virgin Media O2 ID, please confirm the full email address your Virgin Media account is currently registered to.

We’ll then send an email to that email address to approve the transfer.

Im not the only one, but some on the community are getting repsonses from VM and PMs to sort, and the rest are not. What on earth is going on? 12 days since going lvie with services, yet I can create or access an account ot manage those services nor access TV anywhere etc.
