Unable to register a password

Recently ive got an issue when I try to register,  i put my email (wich was never used before in virgin media) and when I get to choose a password, it simply just doesnt do nothing, keeps reloding and thats it, ive tryied several passwords, strong ones within the requirements and it just crashes and does not let me register.

Ive look for help here and ive done everything people sugested and nothing.

Can someone help me?
