Unable to login to my account since the o2 merger
Hi, I have been unable to login to my VM account ever since the O2 merger. Once I enter my third-party email address, VM sends a verification email that never arrives. I have checked my spam folder but nothing ever gets through. It was all working fine before the merger with o2. I have reported the problem and got a ticket number but their technical people haven't got back to me in over a month. Has anyone had this problem and managed to resolve it? Many thanks for your help.
