Unable to login to my account since the o2 merger

Hi, I have been unable to login to my VM account ever since the O2 merger. Once I enter my third-party email address, VM sends a verification email that never arrives. I have checked my spam folder but nothing ever gets through. It was all working fine before the merger with o2. I have reported the problem and got a ticket number but their technical people haven't got back to me in over a month. Has anyone had this problem and managed to resolve it? Many thanks for your help.

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry for any online account issue. 

    We can see you have a ticket logged with IT but can we just check, have you gone through the VM O2 ID registration process? 

    Or is this what you mean when you said you enter your My VM email log in username and then it sends you a verification?

      Hi John_GS, thanks for getting back to me. The problem is when I try to log in to my virgin media, which is the log in screen that I have always used. Is there a separate process that I need to go through following the merger?
