Unable to log in to my virgin media

I am unable to log in to my virgin media. When I first registered I used a non virgin email address. This address no longer exists as the provider went out of business. When I attempt to log in a link is sent to the non existent address. I have contacted customer service who said they have raised a ticket and I will receive email confirmation. This confirmation is then sent to the non existent email address. I am just going round in circles and am thankful I don't have any hair to pull out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hi jgahagan thanks for posting although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised regarding My Virgin Media.

    In order to resolve this, the team on the phones should now have the ability to change the email address registered, without raising an IT Ticket.
