Unable to link VM account

I have tried all my Virgin Media email accounts and also tried using my Virgin Media account number and area code and ended up getting details not found and a message to please quote reference IDF-12B.

Having spent 30 minutes on the phone I got through to an agent quoted the reference only to get cut off.

Can you advise how to proceed

Just to confirm, are you installed and have your services fully up and running with us? Are you trying to link your account as seen here.       Yes, services are running, I did have a problem with my phone when it switched to O2 as it was set up with an old account which I could not longer access but eventually managed to get it changed to the one I use now.
