Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, sorry to hear you are having login issues with your Virgin Media online account. If you have used a third party email address prior such as Hotmail, Gmail or Yahoo all your links for verification will be sent to that domain address and obtainable via the webmails own domain page.
If you have an email address that is NTLWorld, BlueYonder, Virgin/Virginmedia, you will need to use a third party email address as part of the re-registration process for the Single Sign On (SSO) to gain back access of your online account and mailboxes.- laviniafSettling in
Hi @Sabrina_B - thanks for replying! I believe my issue is rather that I cannot link my O2 account. I’m an existing customer and I’m just trying to manage my account through the app. Here’s a screenshot of the error I’m facing - and to confirm, I am using the exact same email address in both places. Kindly let me know what I ought to do to fix this issue.
