Unable to link Virgin Media account

Facing the same issue as everyone else whereby I cannot verify my email address as the same one used on the account. I've not used any other email addresses with this account. Super frustrating as I can't manage my account.

    Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, sorry to hear you are having login issues with your Virgin Media online account. If you have used a third party email address prior such as Hotmail, Gmail or Yahoo all your links for verification will be sent to that domain address and obtainable via the webmails own domain page. 

    If you have an email address that is NTLWorld, BlueYonder, Virgin/Virginmedia, you will need to use a third party email address as part of the re-registration process for the Single Sign On (SSO) to gain back access of your online account and mailboxes.
