Unable to link or sign into my Virgin account

As title says, I am never getting an email to validate my accounts.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account at the moment. 

    Have you tried to use the 'Verify another way' option, when trying to setup your account if the email address isn't working? If you've tried that and are still having issues, please let us know and we'll be able to help further.
