Unable to link new virgin media account to vm02 acc
Like many others below I've just signed up to Virgin Media as a new customer. I've set up a vm02 account but when I try to link a new Virgin Media account to it using my same email address I get the following message...
We’ve found your Virgin Media account
However, this account is linked to an email address that’s different to the one on your Virgin Media O2 ID.
If you’d like to continue and link your Virgin Media account to your Virgin Media O2 ID, please confirm the full email address your Virgin Media account is currently registered to.
We’ll then send an email to that email address to approve the transfer.
When I reenter the email address I'm told they don't match (they definitely do) and that I have few attempts remaining.
Please help.
