Unable to link my VM account

Hello!

I have tried multiple times on different browsers/devices to link my account. I've copied and pasted my details, inputted them manually, the lot.

It is still claiming that my account doesn't exist. There are a lot of threads with the same issue too..

Any help would be appreciated,

    Sorry to hear of the linking of the Virgin Media O2 accounts to create your ID.

    Just to understand this correctly, have you been able to go through this process in full, which would involve a verification link being sent to your 3rd party E-Mail address to complete the registration process?
